Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos).
Manage daily social media operations across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
Analyze insights and performance data to improve engagement and reach.
Run paid ad campaigns (optional: if required).
Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions professionally.
Collaborate with design, marketing teams to produce on-brand visuals and campaigns.
Work with influencers, creators, and partners when required.
Prepare monthly performance reports with recommendations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
Ability to write compelling captions and storytelling content.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
Experience with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
Strong communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute quickly.
