Key Responsibilities

Content Writing

• Write engaging and creative captions for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Create scripts for reels, short videos, and ad creatives.

• Develop ideas and concepts for daily content, campaigns, and trending formats.

• Adapt writing style based on platform audience and brand voice.

Trend & Research

• Stay updated with social media trends, viral content formats, and industry topics.

• Research competitors and similar brand strategies.

• Suggest innovative content ideas based on trends and insights.

Brand & Communication

• Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging across all social channels.

• Collaborate with designers, social media managers, and marketing teams.

• Provide content ideas that align with campaign objectives.

Editing & Optimization

• Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and impact.

• Write SEO-friendly and keyword-based captions when needed.

• Optimize captions for engagement (hooks, CTAs, hashtags).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a social media content writer or similar role.

• Strong command over writing styles for different social platforms.

• Creativity and ability to think in visuals + captions.

• Understanding of social media trends, memes, pop culture, and youth language.

• Ability to generate fresh ideas daily and handle multiple accounts.

• Strong communication and research skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a digital marketing agency.

• Knowledge of basic content strategy and social media analytics.

• Ability to write scripts/storyboards for reels or campaigns.
