Key Responsibilities

Website Development

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites.

• Build clean, efficient, and scalable code using relevant technologies.

• Customize WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms (based on need).

• Implement new features, landing pages, and website sections.

Technical Management

• Optimize website speed, security, and overall performance.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and fix bugs.

• Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform compatibility.

• Integrate APIs, plugins, and third-party tools when required.

UI/UX Collaboration

• Work with designers to turn creative mockups into functional web pages.

• Ensure smooth user experience and intuitive interface.

• Suggest UI/UX improvements based on usability best practices.

Maintenance & Updates

• Regularly update website content, plugins, themes, and back-end systems.

• Monitor website health, downtime, and technical errors.

• Perform backups and maintain version control.

Quality Control

• Conduct website testing before launch.

• Ensure high standards of coding, accessibility, and SEO-friendly structure.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Website Developer or Web Designer/Developer.

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.

• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, etc.).

• Experience with PHP, MySQL, React, or similar frameworks (as needed).

• Understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work with design and content teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a digital marketing or creative agency.

• Knowledge of UI/UX principles.

• Experience with hosting, cPanel, and domain management.

• Ability to work on eCommerce websites and payment integrations.
